  I was in a bit of a rush and I overheard manager say there would be a seven minute wait for zinger burgers. The cashier did not forward this info to any of the customers ; so by the time the zingers were ready there was quite a crowd of disgruntled customers.
  I believe if the delay was forwarded to customers, some may have changed their orders.
  Better communication needed.

  It is beyond belief that a chicken shop that only sells chicken and chips can stuff it up. ... But some how thay manage to do so!!!! chips soggy original chicken is of no where near the standard it should be ...not floured correctly or cooked correctly. ...There's no secret to this product except the secret herbs and spices which seem to be so secret thay dont give you any on the chicken!!!!!!! As someone who only has this food as a treat probably three or four time's a year it has been nothing but a disappointment every time from this store
